About Mara:
Mara is experienced in the fields of real estate and transactional law, representing lenders, purchasers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions for more than thirty years. She provides personal attention and counsel to her clients utilizing her experience and knowledge.
Mara is also well versed and experienced in land use and municipal law. She served as the Village Attorney for the Incorporated Village of Huntington Bay providing counsel to the Village's Planning and Zoning Boards from 2006-2012 and has served as the Village's Prosecutor since 2018. Mara also served as Vice Chair of the Town of Huntington Planning Board and currently sits as an Administrative Law Judge for the Town's Bureau of Administrative Adjudication.
Additionally, Mara is experienced in estate law, probate and administration of estates in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties and drafting estate documents for her clients.
